WHAT THEY MAKE
Flagship Products
- Custom vibratory bowl feeders → tooled to your part, for one part at volume
- Step feeders → parts that tangle, nest, or will not orient reliably in a bowl
- In-line tracks and custom escapements → handing parts to the machine in a known position, including multi-part escapements
- Bulk hoppers and sound enclosures → longer runs between refills, and a quieter cell

WHERE IT FITS
Ideal Applications
A dedicated feeder is the cheapest way to run one part at volume, and it is also the easiest thing on a line to get wrong. The bowl has to be tooled to the part you actually make, flash and finish included, and the tooling is where your rate either shows up or does not.
Bellco builds that tooling to order. Vibratory bowls sized to the part and the rate, step feeders for parts that tangle or nest, in-line tracks and custom escapements to hand parts off in a known position, bulk hoppers so nobody is topping off the bowl every ten minutes, and sound enclosures when the cell sits next to people. Stainless and food-grade construction when the room calls for it.
Every system is modelled in SolidWorks before anything is cut, so you see the feeder in your cell before it is built. They have been doing this for over 24 years and shipped more than 150 systems in 2025.
It shows up most on assembly lines running one part at high volume, and on lines where the feeder already there jams on a head style, a finish, or flash nobody checked. Send us the part and the rate and we will tell you whether it feeds.

Related Solutions
Not sure a dedicated feeder is the right call? If the part changes often, or it is small and delicate, see flexible feeding instead. We carry both lanes, so the recommendation can follow the part.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Common questions
What areas do you support Bellco in?
M6 Revolutions is the exclusive Bellco Feeders representative for Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. Send us the part and the rate and we will work the feed with you.
Will my part feed in a bowl?
Usually, and the way to find out is to send the part or a drawing. Most of what decides it is behaviour in bulk rather than size: whether the part tangles, nests, mars, or has flash that catches on the track. We will give you a straight answer before anyone quotes tooling.
What if my part will not feed in a bowl?
Then it goes to a step feeder or an in-line track, which handle plenty of the parts a bowl cannot. If the part is very small or delicate, or the line runs a lot of different part numbers, the flexible feeding lane is usually the better answer and we will say so.
Can you build for food-grade or wash-down lines?
Yes. Stainless and food-grade construction are standard options, and Bellco builds for consumer products, medical and pharmaceutical, automotive, electrical, aerospace, and food and beverage lines.
How loud is a bowl feeder?
Loud enough to matter when the cell sits near people, which is why sound enclosures are part of the line. Tell us where the feeder lands on the floor and we will spec the enclosure with it.
How long does it take to get one?
It depends on the tooling, so we will not guess at it here. Send the part and the rate and we will come back with a lead time and a budgetary number together.
