The hard question with robots is rarely which arm. It is how much change the cell has to absorb in the years after it is installed, because that is what decides whether you buy one robot or three.
CRX and CR collaborative robots deploy fast and program without a robotics background, which suits machine tending and assembly a small team has to own. Industrial arms cover 0.5 kg to 2,300 kg payload for handling, welding, and palletizing. ROBODRILL and FANUC CNC controls cover the machining side of the same floor.
What lets one cell handle many part numbers is iRVision and force sensing built into the controller rather than bolted on. The robot locates the part instead of relying on a fixture, so a new part is a program and a gripper.

Should I choose an industrial robot or a CRX cobot?
A CRX cobot fits when a person shares the space and the payload stays under 30 kg: it's speed-and-force limited, teaches by hand-guidance, and can run without full guarding after a risk assessment. An industrial arm wins on reach, speed, and payload, from the compact LR Mate 200iD up to 2,300 kg on the M-2000iA. Tell us the task and the takt and the answer usually falls out.
Do I need a system integrator to buy a FANUC robot?
Not to buy one. We spec and supply the robot and everything around it, and we build small turnkey cells in-house. For larger cells and full-line builds we partner with integrators across the region and support them as the component and engineering resource.
Can I get CAD files and a workcell layout before committing?
Yes. We provide robot CAD and work with you on reach and footprint studies so the robot you order is the one that fits the cell.
What does a FANUC robot cost?
It depends on payload, reach, and what the cell needs around it, and the arm is usually the smaller half of the budget. Tell us the part and the task and we'll give you a budgetary number you can plan around.
