Belt conveyor covers general transport. Modular-chain and timing-belt handle indexed assembly where position matters. Pallet-handling conveyor routes work-pieces into and out of cells. Washdown and stainless belt covers food-grade lines.
All of it is built from one aluminum extrusion system, with 250+ profiles and 20+ conveyor types, so a rebuild reuses what you already own. The same extrusion builds framing and guarding, which keeps one system on the floor instead of three.

How much weight can an mk conveyor carry?
The workhorse GUF-P 2000 flat belt carries up to 300 lb at speeds to 500 fpm. On the VersaMove pallet system, Standard handles pallets to about 88 lb and Plus takes them to 300 lb, with Ultra built for the heavier pallet sizes above that. Past that class, the job usually belongs to heavy engineered conveyance, and we carry that line too, so the recommendation follows your load.
Does mk make washdown and food-grade conveyors?
Yes: the CleanMove stainless line, in three sanitation tiers from dry food contact up to raw meat and dairy, rated for 1,500 PSI washdown and built in sanitary 304 stainless for caustic cleaners. If your line gets hosed down every shift, this is the conveyor that survives it.
Should I choose modular aluminum or engineered steel?
Light-to-medium loads on assembly and packaging lines: modular aluminum wins on cost, lead time, and reconfigurability. Full pallets, steel, and freezer duty: heavy engineered conveyance earns its premium. We carry both classes, so the recommendation follows your load rather than a catalog.
What's the workhorse mk conveyor?
The GUF-P 2000 flat-belt: belt widths from 50 to 800 mm, loads to 300 lb, speeds to 500 fpm, on a 50 mm anodized aluminum frame that belongs to the same extrusion system framing the rest of the line. It's the conveyor we've sold most, by a wide margin.
Can mk framing integrate guarding and workstations?
Yes, that's the point of the system: the Series 25 to 60 extrusion (over 250 profile shapes) frames the conveyor, holds the guard panels, and builds the workstations, one building kit for the line and its structure.
Do you stock mk spares?
