Schmidt Precision Assembly Presses & Joining Systems
M6 Revolutions is the Schmidt Technology rep for Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. We size the press to the joint and support it locally.

Flagship Products
- Manual rack & pinion presses → the frequency king for bench press-fit and staking
- Servo and electric presses with PressControl traceability → the value end, documented force-stroke curves
- Press calibration and service → keep the force signature audit-ready
Ideal Applications
Most press decisions come down to one question: do you need to prove what happened on every cycle, or only that the part went together? That answer picks the machine, and the rest is sizing.
If the joint is straightforward and the volume is low, a manual or toggle press on the bench is enough. Add air and a hydro-pneumatic press gives you production force without a hydraulic system to maintain. When the process itself has to be controlled, an ElectricPress or ServoPress drives to a force and stroke you set, instead of bottoming out against a hard stop.
That last step is where PressControl 600/700 earns its keep. It records force against stroke on every cycle, so a bad joint is caught as it is made and the record already exists when a medical, aerospace, or defense customer asks for it. A ServoPress also stores a recipe per part, so one machine covers a family of assemblies rather than one setup.
The range runs from a few ounces to 25 tons, covering press-fit, staking, crimping, swaging, riveting, and forming. Send us the joint and the volume and we will tell you which tier you actually need.
